N-type/P-type Bismuth Telluride (Bi2Te3) is manufactured by mixing high-purity tellurium, bismuth, antimony, selenium, and dopants in appropriate proportions, and producing ingots through zone melting or hot rolling processes. Please note that manufacturing may be carried out by partner companies (mainly in China).
