Tray Transport & Retrieval System

The tray transport machine is used in the process of loading stainless steel trays filled with ampoules into sterilization carts.

After loading trays by robot arm, the sterilization cart is pushed into the sterilization cabinet manually or by AGV.

Sterilization carts can be customized according to tray specifications. For example, a sterilization cart for 1-2ml ampoules can be designed with a 10-level structure with 9 stainless steel trays per level, for a maximum load design of 90 trays.

The tray retrieval machine uses servo system control of the retrieval mechanical arm to precisely position the height between levels of the sterilization cart, then pushes trays level by level to the transport process, which transfers trays one by one to the conveyor belt via a vertically movable transport process, sending sterilized ampoules to the next process.
