Ampoule Printer (Medium-Scale Packaging)

This is an ampoule coating printer that prints on ampoules and stores them in medium-sized (50-100 pieces) packaging boxes.

Unlike conventional ampoule printing, printed ampoules are discharged vertically, so the robot arm can accurately grasp and transport them to the tray filling machine.

The discharge outlet is equipped with visual inspection functionality to detect print quality. Ampoules that have completed printing and inspection are transported to the plastic tray filling machine, where the robot arm grasps the specified quantity of ampoules and packs them, for example, 100 pieces into a medium-sized plastic tray.
