Ampoule High-Speed Printer

Standard speed is 60,000-80,000 pieces/hour (based on 1-2ml), with maximum speed reaching 100,000 pieces/hour. This device uses dual star discs and twin screws, dividing ampoules into two supply lines and then merging them into one supply line to feed the printer. This ensures supply stability and reduces bottle breakage rate.

The printer uses the latest UV curing printing technology, producing clear prints that dry within seconds. It is resistant to 75% alcohol spray, and no peeling from hand rubbing has been observed.

The high-speed printer can operate in coordination with a high-speed PVC tray separator, enabling intelligent speed control with independent parameter settings.

We believe that the labor cost reduction enabled by high-precision feeding into PVC trays through servo control technology will contribute to large-scale production expansion.
