The equipment connection conveyor is mainly used at connection points of ampoule packaging equipment, for example, in the connection process between optical inspection machines and ampoule printers/ampoule labeling machines.

This device automatically detects the bottle output speed and flow rate of optical inspection machines and automatically adjusts stagnation levels according to ampoule flow rate. In other words, it automatically controls ampoule transport speed based on stagnation volume.

At the same time, it provides immediate feedback of ampoule stagnation information to printers and labeling machines for speed adjustment.

The passage conveyor is a highly automated transport device used to facilitate smooth passage movement for workers in ampoule and other packaging processes.

Being telescopic, workers can freely pass through the transport device, and materials are transported normally.

This device is equipped with obstacle detection functionality to ensure the safety of passing workers and transported materials. When no obstacles are detected, the passage is automatically closed and materials are transported smoothly.

An important point is that this device enables the construction of emergency evacuation routes, contributing to ensuring worker safety.
